FIVE WEEK CLASS SERIES ON THURSDAYS 6pm- 7:30pm IN VENICE:

HANDS-ON FOOD PREPARATION.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Take any combination or all five classes-  *it is not necessary to take them all*

JULY 9: Bridging the Ancient with the Modern: Overview of  Ayurveda & Raphaology, and creating balance for optimum health.  We will be preparing medicinal ghee.

JULY 16: Grains & Beans. Learn the  origins and preparation methods of grains and beans. We will prepare a Kichari, considered the most healing meal in Ayurveda.

JULY 23: Vegetables: Learn the individual healing qualities of organic vegetables. We will prepare a summer stir fry. Bring your favorite knife!

NO CLASS JULY 30

AUGUST 6: Herbs, spices & Masalas: Learn to prepare seasonal spice blends to incorporate in your home cooking.

AUGUST 13: Fruits: Learn the health giving qualities of organic fruits. We will prepare a summer chutney. Bring your favorite knife!

Food will be sampled at the end of class.

$160 FOR THE FULL 5 CLASS SERIES or

$40 for each individual class
